醫學院執行教育部大專校院雙語化學習計畫 (簡稱 EMI 計畫)，至今已來到第三個學年度，為瞭解醫學院教師在 EMI 課程教學的需求與回饋，提供師長們更多協助，醫學院誠摯邀請各位教師填寫 EMI 教師問卷，提供您寶貴意見！

此問卷內容僅供醫學院 EMI 雙語化學習計畫作為改善計畫方針之參考，使計畫推動更臻完善，我們確保此問卷內容不會做為個人資訊之分析，各行政主管亦無權限查閱您填寫內容，敬請安心作答。

The College of Medicine is implementing the program on bilingual education for students in college  (referred to as the EMI program). Now in its third academic year, we invite all faculty members to participate in the EMI Teacher Questionnaire. Your valuable feedback will help us understand the needs and insights of our faculty regarding EMI course instruction, allowing us to provide better support.

The content of this questionnaire is solely for reference in improving the EMI bilingual learning program at the College of Medicine. It is not related to grading, and we assure you that your responses will not be used for individual performance analysis. Administrative heads also do not have permission to access the content you provide. Please feel free to answer.

【 Gift Distribution】

1. As a token of appreciation for your time in completing the questionnaire, we will present you with a delightful gift—a versatile water bottle storage tote bag or a FamilyMart gift card.
2. Since the production of gifts by the vendor requires some time, we will send a separate notification to each faculty member and personally deliver the gift to you.
3. The quantity of gifts is limited. If your chosen gift has already been distributed, we will provide an equivalent alternative based on the order of responses. We apologize for any inconvenience.
