TOEIC Exam Preparation Class
(111-2學期)
一、為增進醫學院學生考取校外英語能力檢定意願，幫助學生提升英語能力，適應全英語授課環境。
To enhance the motivation of College of Medicine students to take external English proficiency tests, help students improve their English skills, and adapt to the all-English instructional environment.
▎申請資格 Register
（一）凡醫學院學生皆可報名參加。※每次簽到時須出示學生證
All medical school students can participate. ※Each time you sign in, you need to present your student ID
（二）每班開放4-20名學生參加。 ※每班上限20人
Each class is open to 4-20 students. ※The maximum class size is 20 students
（三）錄取順序 Admission order
若該班級已達上限人數，則優先錄取順序為「已報名TOEIC考試者」再以「未報名TOEIC考試者」，其中「已報名TOEIC考試者」將以考試日期鄰近者優先錄取。
The priority admission order is as follows: 'Registered for the exam' will take precedence over 'Not registered for the exam,' with a further priority given to those 'Registered for the exam' based on the nearest exam date.
※須於報名表單內檢附報考證明 Proof of registration is required
▎課程規劃 Curriculum planning
開設A、B兩班，每班9堂課程(含模擬測驗乙次)，皆有供應膳食、TOEIC課程用書籍。
There are two classes, A and B, each with 9 sessions (including 1 mock test), and dinner is provided along with TOEIC textbooks.

▎實施方式 Regulation
(1) 該班出席數達6堂(含)以上並填寫滿意度調查之學生，可兌換200元禮卷或等值獎勵品。 ※將於該班課程最後一堂結束後發放
Upon attending a total of 6 sessions and completing the satisfaction survey, you can redeem a TWD 200 voucher. ※Will be distributed after the last class ends.
(2) 每班均有一位講師帶領同學準備多益(TOEIC)考試。該班級若無學生報名，則不開課。
Each class is led by a teacher to prepare students for the TOEIC exam.If there are no student registrations for a particular session, it will not be conducted.
(3)為避免錄取後未出席等情況發生，錄取後無故未到累積兩次者，將停權EMI舉辦之所有活動一學期。
If accepted students fail to attend or occupy slots that affect the rights of other students, they will not be able to participate in student activities organized by the College of Medicine EMI for one semester if they accumulate unexcused absences twice.
(4)每次上課均有提供膳食，為避免資源浪費，報名成功後若因故無法參加，請於活動開始前三天告知行政窗口。
Since meals are provided for each event, to avoid resource wastage, if you are unable to attend after successful registration, please notify the administration office at least three days before the event starts due to unforeseen circumstances.
