International Affairs: l Coordinates the KMU–Harvard collaborative teaching program. l Organizes exchange activities and manages medical student elective programs. l Establishes and maintains partnership agreements. l Processes international exchange funding applications. l Collaborates with the Office of Global Affairs and Academic Affairs. l Assists with international student recruitment with Admissions & Student Recruitment Division. l Convenes International Academic Exchange Committee meetings. l Handles international correspondence and events. l Performs other assigned duties. |

l Manages the testing and verification of shared instruments. l Provides consultation services for issues related to laboratory instruments and technical problems. l Performs routine maintenance and cleaning of instrument equipment (e.g., waste oil/fluid disposal, oil/fluid replenishment, system resets). l Oversees testing, verification, and maintenance of shared instruments. l Provides technical consultation and training sessions. l Handles procurement for repairs, replacements, and documentation. l Manages user certification, instrument reservations, and access control. l Supervises public spaces in the Medical Research Building. l Supports laboratory courses in the Department of Physiology. l Serves as Executive Secretary of the Medical Research Building Space Management Committee. |
