醫學院為瞭解學生對雙語化學習計畫 (簡稱 EMI 計畫) 的認知、態度、修課後心得感想與建議,將進行學生 EMI 學習評量問卷施測。

此問卷內容僅供醫學院 EMI 雙語化學習計畫作為改善計畫方針之參考,使計畫推動更臻完善,無關乎成績評比,我們保證您的回答不會做為個人成績之分析,各系所主管亦無權限查閱學生填寫內容,敬請安心作答。

 

To understand students’ perceptions, attitudes, post-course reflections, and suggestions regarding the EMI program, the College of Medicine will conduct a student EMI learning assessment questionnaire.

The content of this questionnaire is solely for reference in improving the EMI bilingual learning program at the College of Medicine. It is not related to grading, and we assure you that your responses will not be used for individual performance analysis. Department heads also do not have permission to access the content you provide. Please feel free to answer.

🎁 贈品發送】
1. 完成本次問卷填寫且為有效問卷者,將獲得一份精美小禮物 (1人1份為限),水杯收納帆布兩用提袋或全家禮物卡 100 元。
2. 因廠商製作贈品需要時間,屆時我們會另行發信通知同學領取贈品之時間、地點
3. 贈品數量有限,若您選擇的贈品已發送完畢,我們將以填答順序為發放原則,提供您等值之禮品,造成不便,敬請見諒。
🎁 Gift Distribution
  1. Upon completing the questionnaire and providing valid responses, you will receive a delightful gift. Each participant is eligible for one gift, which can be either a versatile water bottle storage tote bag or a FamilyMart gift card worth 100 NTD.
  2. As the production of gifts by the vendor requires some time, we will send a separate notification to each student regarding the collection time and location.
  3. The quantity of gifts is limited. If your chosen gift has already been distributed, we will provide an equivalent alternative based on the order of responses. We apologize for any inconvenience.
