Student English Enhancement Workshop
(112-2學期)
本活動與中山大學合作，由AIT媒合的美國的教育專家授課。
This event is in collaboration with National Sun Yat-sen University and features lectures by American educational experts facilitated by AIT.
針對醫學領域的專業術語及寫作技巧。通過積極參與當前事件和新聞討論，將擴展您的詞彙，提高閱讀理解能力，並深入了解當前醫學議題。
Focusing on professional terminology and writing skills in the field of medicine. By actively engaging in current events and news discussions, you will expand your English vocabulary, enhance your reading comprehension skills, and gain a deeper understanding of current medical issues.
▎報名資格 Register
(1) 將優先開放醫學院、口腔醫學院、藥學院學生報名參加，若名額未達上限將開放給其他學院參加。
All College of Medicine, College of Dental Medicine, and College of Pharmacy students can participate.If the quota is not filled to the maximum, it will be open for participation by other colleges.
(2)參加5堂(含)以上Leadership Training 課程，將頒發AIT(美國在臺協會)課程認證證書。
Attending 5 or more (including 5) Leadership Training sessions will be awarded with the AIT (American Institute in Taiwan) Course Certification.
(3) Leadership Training 課程若有意願擔任EMI TA的同學，參加兩堂則符合資格。※如112-1學期已參加TA課程兩堂，則已獲得該資格，待有名額才聘任
Students who are interested in serving as EMI TAs and wish to attend the Leadership Training course are eligible upon completion of two sessions.
※每場上限25人，因課程內容與教室調整人數上限，以錄取通知信為主 (每場活動前一週寄發錄取通知信)
The maximum capacity is 25 participants, and the number of participants may be adjusted based on the course content and classroom capacity. Admission priority will be given to those who receive an acceptance notification. (Send notification letter one week before the event.)

▎實施方式 Regulation
(1)參加完一場並填寫完滿意度調查，可累積點數1點。
Attending and completing a satisfaction survey after each session will earn you 1 point, which can be accumulated.
(2)個人累積2點兌換100元禮卷或等值獎勵；累積4點兌換500元禮卷或等值獎勵
Accumulate 2 points to redeem TWD 100 voucher/cash ; Accumulate 4 points to redeem TWD 500 voucher/cash.
(3)因每場活動均有提供膳食，為避免資源浪費，報名成功後若因故無法參加，請於活動開始前三天告知行政窗口
Since meals are provided for each event, to avoid resource wastage, if you are unable to attend after successful registration, please notify the administration office at least three days before the event starts due to unforeseen circumstances.
(4)為避免錄取後未出席或佔用名額影響其他同學權益等情況發生，錄取後無故未到累積兩次者，或請假累積超過四次者，將停權醫學院EMI舉辦之學生活動一學期。
If accepted students fail to attend or occupy slots that affect the rights of other students, they will not be able to participate in student activities organized by the College of Medicine EMI for one semester if they accumulate unexcused absences twice or exceed four accumulated leaves.
