高雄醫學大學醫學院學生參與培力英檢獎勵方案
Encouraging Program for Students to BESTEP Proficiency Test
(114-1學期)
一、為鼓勵醫學院學生參加教育部委由財團法人語言訓練測驗中心（The Language Training & Testing Center, LTTC）研發之培力英檢（BEST Test of English Proficiency, BESTEP）。
二、 鼓勵對象：凡醫學院在學學生參加2025/10/18、11/29培力英檢者皆可申請。
Medical students currently enrolled who participated in the Empowerment English Proficiency Test on Oct 18 or Nov 29, 2025, are eligible to apply.
三、 鼓勵方式：
參加本次「聽、讀」及「說、寫」測驗，將依規定核發到考費及鼓勵金。
▎報名且到考：到考『聽讀』測驗者，核發800元獎勵金；到考『說寫』測驗者，核發1,200元獎勵金；『聽說讀寫』皆到考者，核發2,000元獎勵金。
▎測驗成績達畢業門檻：『聽讀』測驗達畢業門檻，核發200元獎勵金；『說寫』測驗達畢業門檻，核發200元獎勵金；『聽說讀寫』皆達畢業門檻，核發400元獎勵金。
▎測驗成績高於畢業門檻：『聽讀』測驗高於畢業門檻，核發500元獎勵金；『說寫』測驗高於畢業門檻，核發500元獎勵金；『聽說讀寫』皆高於畢業門檻，核發1,000元獎勵金。
🌟兩項測驗均須達畢業門檻或高於畢業門檻，才核發規定獎勵

2. Incentives for Meeting Graduation Benchmark
Met graduation benchmark in Listening & Reading: NT$200
Met graduation benchmark in Speaking & Writing: NT$200
Met graduation benchmark in all four sections: NT$400
3. Incentives for Exceeding Graduation Benchmark Scores
Scored above the graduation benchmark in Listening & Reading: NT$500
Scored above the graduation benchmark in Speaking & Writing: NT$500
Scored above the graduation benchmark in all four sections: NT$1,000

1.醫學院114-1學生參與培力英檢考試申請檢核表(請至國研大樓IR452領取紙本填寫)
Application Checklist for College of Medicine Students Participating in the BESTEP English Proficiency Test
(Please obtain and complete the paper form at IR452, International Academic Research Building.)
2.培力英檢成績單→ 培力英檢成績查詢Results Query (列印後於空白處寫學號、系所，並且能清楚看到姓名及成績)
Copy of Academic Transcript. (After printing, please ensure that your name and grades are clearly visible, and write your student ID number and department in the blank space.)
3.學生證正面 Copy of the Front Side of Student ID Card.
4.銀行帳戶登入：學生wac系統-D.6.01銀行帳號維護(現場檢查)
Bank Account Login: Student WAC System – D.6.01 Bank Account Maintenance (On-site Verification)
5.外籍生居留證正面 (非本國籍學生才需要繳交)
Copy of the Front Side of Alien Resident Certificate (Required for Non-ROC Students Only)
