From June 2 to June 13, 2025, three medical students from Ehime University — Miyu, Taisei, and Sotaro — joined Kaohsiung Medical University Hospital (KMUH) for a two-week clinical training program.

To celebrate the completion of their training, the College of Medicine hosted a farewell lunch on June 13. During the event, Miyu, Taisei, and Sotaro shared their experiences and takeaways from their time at KMUH. They spoke not only about what they learned in the hospital but also about the memorable moments they had exploring Kaohsiung and adapting to life in Taiwan.

The students expressed special appreciation for their KMU buddies, who provided warm support and helped them settle into daily life with ease and kindness.

The event concluded with Dr. Shih-Feng Cho, Director of Global Affairs, presenting training certificates to the students, marking the end of a meaningful exchange journey.

We wish Miyu, Taisei, and Sotaro all the best in their medical studies and future careers, and we look forward to welcoming them back to Kaohsiung someday!
